What if the repair takes longer than 1 hour?
We can usually tell from our initial inspection whether it will take us longer than an hour to repair. In such cases we will clearly tell you the cost for the repair work. In cases where hidden issues present themselves after commencement of work, additional time is billed in 15 minute increments at the rate of $99 per hour.
